27- month leadership development program. Exceptional leaders inspire us to be better. We assume that What an exceptional leader does is what we should emulate, because that’s what’s easiest for us to observe—actions. But in reality, it's what takes place below the surface—at the core of Who those leaders are as people—that makes them such effective leaders.
“3/4 of your effectiveness as a leader comes from who you are and not what you do.”

Be Worth* Following
Most leadership development focuses on only 23% of what actually makes someone an effective leader. All leaders want to be worth* following. It makes sense that they would. Exceptional leaders attract and retain talented people who create extraordinary results.
The Problem Is: Most leadership development focuses on only a fraction (23%) of what actually makes a leader most effective. That shouldn’t be. Tim Spiker and The Aperio focus their message on the truths that account for the largest majority (77%) of a leader’s effectiveness. Most leadership development fades quickly and doesn’t get applied over the long term. The Aperio Method of leadership development creates learnings that stay with you throughout your entire life.
